Once again, monday wisdom is back. My weeks has been filled with a lot of thoughts. Stressing out about work and friendships and all those little things that matter a lot in your life. I cannot eat, I get tired very easily, and I was really really nervous. Then I ran into this picture of words that I actually need to hear. SOMETIMES, you don't really need to think too much. Action is a lot more appreciated and it gives you a sense of relieve after you did it. Thinking about it is just going to give you more stress than you already have. Face whatever problems you have and move on to solving another.
DO NOT over think it, just ACT upon it.
