Sorry for the lack of post the past week, been very busy with work. But I'm back with monday wisdom. I love this word so much, and it make sense. You shouldn't hold a grudge against anyone in your life. Having an enemy is one thing, but holding a grudge is another thing. It's physically draining and emotionally tiring. So, why the hell would you let someone rent-free live in your head when you can easily kick them out?
